Throughout these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Well Medi Care Plus Limited.

2. Nature of Service

2.1 We operate as a registered UK pharmacy and facilitate access to prescription-only medicines following a clinical assessment.

2.2 Products advertised on this Website (including weight loss, hair loss, sexual health and general health treatments) are not automatically sold upon payment.

2.3 The process operates as follows:

  • You complete a medical consultation form.

  • Payment is taken for the clinical review and service.

  • Your information is reviewed by a UK-registered prescribing clinician.

  • The clinician determines suitability.

  • If approved, the prescription is issued.

  • Medication is made available for same-day collection (where available) at our pharmacy premises.

  • No postal delivery or shipping service is provided.

2.4 If you prefer, you may attend the clinic in person, complete the consultation, and collect the medication directly following approval.

2.5 The decision to prescribe is entirely at the discretion of the prescribing clinician.

3. Eligibility

3.1 You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

3.2 You confirm that all information provided in consultation forms is truthful, accurate, and complete.

3.3 Providing false or misleading medical information may result in refusal of service and may place your health at risk.

4. Clinical Assessment & Prescribing

4.1 Completion of a consultation form does not guarantee approval.

4.2 The prescribing clinician may:

  • Approve treatment

  • Request additional information

  • Decline treatment if unsuitable

4.3 We reserve the right to refuse supply where clinically inappropriate or unsafe.

4.4 We do not guarantee that any medication will be prescribed.

5. Payments

5.1 All prices are displayed in GBP (£).

5.2 Payment is taken at the time of submitting the consultation request.

5.3 Payment covers the clinical assessment and pharmacy service.

5.4 If treatment is declined, we reserve the right to deduct a clinical assessment fee from any refund.

5.5 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraudulent activity is suspected.

6. Collection of Medication

6.1 We do not offer delivery or postal shipping.

6.2 Approved medication must be collected from:

6.3 Same-day collection may be available subject to stock and approval time.

6.4 You may be required to provide identification upon collection.

7. No Medical Emergency Service

7.1 Our Website and services are not intended for medical emergencies.

9.1 Due to the nature of prescription medication, medicines cannot be returned once supplied unless faulty.

9.2 If treatment is not approved, a partial refund may be issued minus the consultation fee.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
