Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Effective Date: 31/07/2026
This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for services purchased through www.wellmedicare.co.uk. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.
This Website is operated by Well Medi Care Plus Limited (Company Number 16833893), a registered UK pharmacy. Throughout this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Well Medi Care Plus Limited.
1. How Payment Works
1.1 When you request a prescription treatment, payment is taken at the point of submitting your consultation. This payment is an authorisation for a prescription-only medicine that remains subject to clinical approval.
1.2 No medicine is dispensed or supplied until a UK-registered prescribing clinician has reviewed your assessment and approved treatment.
1.3 For clinic services (such as IV infusions and vitamin booster injections), payment is taken at the point of booking to reserve your appointment.
2. If Treatment Is Not Approved — Full Refund
2.1 If the prescribing clinician does not approve your treatment, you will receive a full refund of the amount you paid for that treatment.
2.2 In this case, nothing is dispensed and you are not charged for any product.
2.3 Refunds for non-approved treatments are issued promptly and proactively by our team, to the original payment method, as part of the clinical review process.
3. Prescription Medicines Already Supplied
3.1 Once a prescription medicine has been dispensed and supplied (collected or otherwise released to you), it cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. This is a legal requirement for prescription-only medicines and is in place to protect patient safety.
3.2 The only exception is where the medicine supplied is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. In that case, please contact us as soon as possible and we will put it right.
3.3 Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected.
4. Cancelling a Prescription Request Before Approval
4.1 If you wish to cancel your request before the clinical review is completed and before any medicine has been dispensed, please contact us as soon as possible and we will cancel the request and issue a full refund.
4.2 Once medicine has been dispensed following clinical approval, section 3 applies.
5. Clinic Appointments (IV Infusions & Vitamin Boosters)
5.1 You may cancel or reschedule a clinic appointment up to 24 hours before the appointment time for a full refund to your original payment method.
5.2 Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or missed appointments, may not be eligible for a refund, as the appointment slot and preparation are reserved for you.
5.3 If we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason, you will be offered an alternative appointment or a full refund.
