Customers may cancel their order for a full refund if the request is made before the order has been processed and dispatched.

Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, and the customer must follow the returns process outlined below.

2.2 Cancellation of Online Assessment

If a customer chooses not to proceed with their purchase after completing the online medical assessment, no charges will be applied.

If an order is placed and subsequently cancelled before processing, a full refund will be issued.

3.1 Prescription Medication Refund Restrictions

Due to health and safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on prescription medications once they have been dispatched, unless the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Incorrect Orders: If the wrong medication has been dispatched due to our error, we will provide a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost.

3.3 Non-Refundable Items

Prescription medications that have been opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned or refunded.

Orders that have been dispatched and correctly fulfilled based on the customer’s online assessment cannot be refunded unless faulty.
