How do I book an appointment?
Choose your service from the menu above and click "Book". Most appointments are available the same week at our Central London clinic. For weight loss, complete the online assessment first — a UK-registered prescriber will review your suitability before booking.
Do I need a GP referral?
No GP referral is needed. Our trained healthcare professionals carry out a brief screening on arrival to confirm suitability for your chosen service. For weight loss medication, eligibility is assessed via our online questionnaire and reviewed by a GPhC-registered prescriber.
Which services may require a blood test beforehand?
Some services may require a blood test or baseline review before your appointment:
  • High-dose Vitamin C infusion — G6PD test may be required
  • Detox / antioxidant support IV — G6PD test may be required if high-dose Vitamin C is included
  • NAD+ 500mg / advanced infusion — kidney and liver function review may be required
  • Vitamin D booster — Vitamin D blood level may be required
For other services, a blood test may be recommended depending on your screening results. We can arrange required tests at our clinic where appropriate.
How long does an appointment take?
Most IV infusion appointments take around 45–60 minutes. NAD+ infusions may take 60–90 minutes for higher doses. Intramuscular vitamin boosters such as B12, Vitamin D and Biotin usually take under 15 minutes. Weight loss collection appointments are also typically under 15 minutes.
Are the services safe?
Suitability is assessed before any service is provided. Medications and infusion products are supplied through our GPhC-registered UK pharmacy and administered or supervised by trained healthcare professionals in our private room at 44 Crawford Street, London. Weight loss prescriptions are reviewed by Ibraheem Odufuwa, Superintendent Pharmacist, GPhC 2232882.
Where is the clinic?
44 Crawford Street, London W1H 1JS — a short walk from Marylebone and Edgware Road stations. Services are provided at our clinic. We do not offer at-home appointments. Weight loss medication can also be collected from our clinic after prescription approval.
