Throughout these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Well Medi Care Plus Limited.

By accessing or using this Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Nature of Service

2.1 We operate as a registered UK pharmacy and facilitate access to prescription-only medicines following a clinical assessment.

2.2 Products advertised on this Website (including weight loss, hair loss, sexual health and general health treatments) are not automatically sold upon payment.

2.3 The process operates as follows:

You complete a free medical consultation form.
Payment is taken for the prescribed medicine, subject to clinical approval.
Your information is reviewed by a UK-registered prescribing clinician.
The clinician determines suitability.
If approved, the prescription is issued and the medicine is dispensed.
Medication is made available for same-day collection (where available) at our pharmacy premises.
If treatment is not approved, you receive a full refund and nothing is dispensed.
No postal delivery or shipping service is provided.

2.4 If you prefer, you may attend the clinic in person, complete the consultation, and collect the medication directly following approval.

2.5 The decision to prescribe is entirely at the discretion of the prescribing clinician.

2.6 We also offer in-clinic services (IV infusions and vitamin booster injections) booked online and administered at our clinic. These are covered by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

3. Eligibility

3.1 You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

3.2 You confirm that all information provided in consultation forms is truthful, accurate, and complete.

3.3 Providing false or misleading medical information may result in refusal of service and may place your health at risk.

4. Jurisdiction & Location of Patients

Well Medicare provides pharmacy and clinic services to patients located in the United Kingdom only. We do not provide consultations, prescriptions, dispensing, treatment, or medicine delivery to patients located outside the United Kingdom.

All clinical services are provided from the United Kingdom and are carried out in line with applicable UK laws and regulatory requirements.

Patients must confirm they are located in the United Kingdom at the time of any consultation, order, prescription, or treatment.

5. Clinical Assessment & Prescribing

5.1 Completion of a consultation form does not guarantee approval.

5.2 The prescribing clinician may:

Approve treatment
Request additional information
Decline treatment if unsuitable

5.3 We reserve the right to refuse supply where clinically inappropriate or unsafe.

5.4 We do not guarantee that any medication will be prescribed.

6. Payments

6.1 All prices are displayed in GBP (£).

6.2 The online medical consultation is free of charge. We do not charge a separate consultation or assessment fee.

6.3 Payment is taken at the time of submitting your request and covers the prescribed medicine and pharmacy dispensing service. It is taken as authorisation for a prescription-only medicine that remains subject to clinical approval.

6.4 If treatment is not approved, you receive a full refund of the amount paid for that treatment, and nothing is dispensed. Full details are set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

6.5 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraudulent activity is suspected.

7. Collection of Medication

7.1 We do not offer delivery or postal shipping.

7.3 Same-day collection may be available subject to stock and approval time.

7.4 You may be required to provide identification upon collection.

8. No Medical Emergency Service

8.1 Our Website and services are not intended for medical emergencies.

8.2 If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact 999 immediately.

9. Medical Disclaimer

9.1 Information on this Website is for general informational purposes only.

9.2 Treatment decisions are made by qualified prescribing clinicians based on the information you provide.

9.3 We are not liable for adverse outcomes resulting from:

Inaccurate medical information supplied by you
Failure to follow medical advice
Misuse of prescribed medication

10. Cancellations & Refunds

10.1 If treatment is not approved by the prescribing clinician, you receive a full refund and nothing is dispensed.

10.2 Due to the nature of prescription medication, medicines cannot be returned once supplied, unless faulty, damaged or incorrect.

10.3 Cancellations and refunds are handled in accordance with our Cancellation & Refund Policy and applicable UK pharmacy regulations. Your statutory rights are not affected.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where prohibited by law.

11.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

Indirect or consequential losses
Loss of income or business
Health complications arising from misuse

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including text, branding, and design, is owned by Well Medi Care Plus Limited and may not be copied without permission.

13. Data Protection
