1. Online assessment
You answer questions about your weight, health conditions, medicines, allergies and goals. Returning patients answer a shorter set of questions, with the full set if anything has changed since their last visit. Your answers are confidential and only seen by our clinical team.
2. Choose clinic or home delivery
Clinic: book an appointment at 44 Crawford Street, Marylebone, where we take your measurements and photos and you sign your consent in person. Home delivery: available to London postcodes — after checkout we email you a secure link to upload three photos (front and both sides), add your GP details and sign. See home delivery in London.
3. Payment
You pay when you place your order, by card or bank transfer. If the prescriber decides treatment is not suitable, you won’t pay for it — anything already paid is fully refunded.
4. Prescriber review
A registered prescriber reviews your assessment, photos and history. They may contact you for more information before deciding. Treatment is only prescribed if it is safe and appropriate for you, and every decision is recorded.
5. Your treatment
If approved, your treatment is dispensed by our pharmacy and either handed to you in clinic or sent by courier. You will receive clear instructions, and you can contact us with questions at any time.
6. Follow-up
We check in on your progress, side effects and weight before each further supply, and adjust the plan with you. Our guides on nutrition and staying strong help you make the most of it.
Your GP
We ask for your GP’s details. With your consent, we let your GP know about your treatment so your health record stays complete — which is safer for you.
