How home delivery works

  1. Online assessment. Answer the health questions and choose “Special same-day delivery”. Enter your London delivery address.
  2. Checkout. Pay by card or bank transfer. If treatment is not suitable, you won’t pay for it.
  3. Photos and signature. We email you a secure link, valid for seven days. Upload three photos (front, left side and right side), add your GP’s details and sign — it takes about two minutes on your phone.
  4. Prescriber review. A registered prescriber reviews everything. They may contact you with questions.
  5. Same-day courier. Once approved, your treatment is dispatched by discreet courier and we email you when it is on its way.

Which areas we cover

Same-day delivery is available to London postal districts starting E, EC, N, NW, SE, SW, W and WC. If you live outside these areas, you can visit our Marylebone clinic instead.

Why we ask for photos

Prescribing safely at a distance means confirming your measurements. Photos let the prescriber check that what you have told us matches, as UK pharmacy regulators expect for online services. They are only seen by our clinical team and are never used for anything else.

Tips for a smooth delivery

  • Use an address where someone will be in, and keep your phone nearby so the courier can reach you.
  • Check your spam folder if the photo link email hasn’t arrived within a few minutes.
  • Store your treatment as the leaflet says as soon as it arrives.

Can I get delivery outside London?

Same-day delivery currently covers London postcodes E, EC, N, NW, SE, SW, W and WC. Outside these areas, you are welcome to book a clinic visit.

How long is the photo link valid?

Seven days. If it expires, call us on 020 3355 4964 and we will send a new one.

Is the delivery discreet?

Yes. Deliveries are discreetly packaged and handed over by a courier. If you have a preference about how your delivery is handled, let us know when you order.
